3. User Responsibilities
- Accurate Game Credentials: You are solely responsible for inputting the correct Player User ID and Server/Zone ID. Once digital products are dispatched by publisher APIs to the provided UID, transactions cannot be reversed or recalled.
- Account Confidentiality: You must maintain the security of your account login details, OTPs, and store wallet PINs.

4. Pricing, Payments & Settlement
All prices listed on Zelan Store are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard processing fees unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pack pricing according to supplier exchange rates without prior notice.
We accept verified domestic and international payment gateways including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Store Wallet, and USDT Crypto.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of instant digital top-ups and publisher voucher redemptions, completed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
If a transaction fails due to a server error or unavailable inventory, a 100% full refund is credited immediately to your store wallet or returned to your original payment source within 24–48 hours.
